Frater

TRIO — 30 MIN

Frater is both a reflection of a family unit and the physical deciphering of fraternal relationships. In these, there is envy and jealousy, rivalry, love and tenderness: It is indeed our humanity that we are talking about, and the difficulty of preserving fraternal bonds.

Frater explores the different ways in which relationships between siblings are lived and transformed. It takes time, meetings, personal progression to establish or re-establish the relationship. The stakes of the fraternal relationship are nothing less than the identity of each and the possibility of living with another, close but different.

Frater is a movement of fluid and electric bodies; a trio questioning the evolutions, unions, disunitys and taboos that may exist within a sibling.
